When you bring your pet in for emergency care, our first step is make sure your pet is stable. If your pet is stable a veterinary technician will do an initial evaluation of your pet and then a veterinarian will complete a thorough evaluation and discuss your pet’s condition. In the event your pet is seriously injured or ill when you enter the hospital, a technician will immediately transport your pet to an area where he or she can be evaluated and care provided as necessary. Of course, all care is approved by you before anything occurs so you always know what is happening with your family pet. Consider yourself part of our healthcare team. We will work together in deciding what is best for your special friend. |
