- If your pet has ingested anything abnormal, please bring the packaging in and once you have spoken with our technicians, call ASPCA Poison Control at (888) 426-4435
- Please bring all medications your pet is currently taking.
- If available, please bring a leash. Carriers are acceptable if needed for transport.

In the event your pet becomes ill or injured, it is important to call your primary care veterinarian first to alert them of the problem. In the event an emergency happens after-hours, rest assured we are here to answer your questions and care for your pet. Call us (210-691-0900) to inform us of the nature of your pet’s emergency and a member of our healthcare team will instruct you on the safest and most comfortable way to transport your pet. We understand the stressful nature of pet emergencies and will do everything possible to make your visit comfortable.
